Who we are

We are proud to be the first private institution in Sri Lanka to provide full-time training for Sewing Machine Mechanical Technicians, registered and accredited by TVEC, a body under the Ministry of Education, Government of Sri Lanka, enabcling students to obtain NVQ certification.

Director – Administration and Human Resource Development

With over 30 years of experience in the industry, Mr. Palihawadana has served as a Senior Consultant and Section Head in government technical colleges, contributing to the development of NVQ curricula for various sectors in collaboration with NAITA, TVEC, and VTA.

He has also served as a technical evaluation committee advisor for numerous government institutions. Notably, he is recognized as the first individual in Sri Lanka to obtain a National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) for sewing machine mechanical technicians.

Holding multiple qualifications (ISMM, QC, ISMO, ICT), he is a respected trainer, manager, certified NVQ assessor, and industry expert dedicated to producing skilled workers for Sri Lanka’s apparel sector.

Our Mission

To produce well-trained, disciplined, and nationally qualified sewing machine mechanical technicians equipped with the knowledge, skills, and positive attitudes required to excel in the garment industry.

Our Vision:

To contribute to the country’s economic development by empowering unemployed youth through valuable opportunities, while opening new career pathways within the garment industry.
